Matters needing attention in the use of acrylic light-transmitting board:

• 1. When there are stains and dirt on the surface of the acrylic light-transmitting board, you only need to use 1% soapy water, use a soft cotton cloth to dip the soapy water, and do not use hard objects or dry wipes, otherwise the surface will be easily scratched.
• 2. If the acrylic light-transmitting board is damaged during transportation, and the surface has knife marks, scratches and burns, it should be polished with 1000-grit water sandpaper, and then treated with cleaning wax and polishing agent to restore the original surface luster.
• 3. Prevent heavy objects from being placed on the light-transmitting board for a long time. Although the light-transmitting board is solid and durable, it will bend over time.
• 4. If it needs to be installed horizontally (such as a suspended ceiling), the size of a single block should be less than 0.5 square meters. If there are special circumstances, the back side should be compressed or the size of the light-transmitting plate should be thickened to avoid deformation after installation.
• 5. The acrylic sheet cannot be co-existed with other organic solvents, let alone contact with organic solvents.
• 6. It cannot be used in an environment where the temperature exceeds 85 °C. The acrylic plate has a large coefficient of thermal and cold expansion. Due to temperature changes, it should be considered to reserve expansion and contraction gaps.
